This is my 4th time here 1st time over 3yrs ago and only come here ever since. They are amazing, go above and, beyond, & have outstanding customer service. 2xs He lent me a vehicle to commute to with with until my was finished. He came & towed my car when I was unable to get it there. J & H is always there for my car emergencies & my last minute needs. Grateful & appreciative for everything John & his caring crew does. Superior work for more than reasonable prices, all said things are why I will continue to only come her for any or all my car repair needs.

I recently got a 100K service done on my Chevy. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work that was done and the great customer service that was given. I've never been to a mechanic prior to here, that showed some much care and appreciation for the work they do. We use LK auto repair for our work truck maintenance and repairs. The service is great! They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. I regret taking my truck to gene. First of all he was very rude and condescending to me, he talked to as if I knew nothing about my truck simply because I am a woman. I took my ford f150 to him for new brakes and he put on the wrong brake pads!!! Within 1 day of getting it back, the brakes were completely shot as they had been way over heated trying to stop my truck. I almost rear ended someone when they went out! I had he also re-build the transmission. This took over a week which seemed a little long to me, but he is a 1 man shop, no one else works there, which also seems odd to me now that I think back on it.... Long story short, I paid $5,000 for his services, he called to tell me that he had also found some bad wiring that needed to be placed, and that I needed a new radiator!!! I had had no previous issues with these parts before I took my truck to him. Long story short, I had to take my truck to ford for the brakes and talked gene's car care over with their service reps
