Engine repair service near Lakewood, WA

Just got a new alternator in my car even though I told them that the battery and alternator were still good. Somehow they talked me into a part not needed! $615.00. I trusted them and they failed me! Its the starter!!! When I called to ask for help they were very put out and told me that it was the alternator anyway. Nice!!! You would think they would help someone that just gave them good business. Never again!!!

I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it.
