I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

I am a female. Just because I am a female does not mean that the female behind the counter can ask me if I know anything about cars and when I responded with I have some knowledge but not extensive and get a rude comment of "I am not going to waste my time in telling you what is wrong with the car but it is going to cost you $900 and we already started the work". I asked her to explain to me what was wrong with the car and she would not tell me anything! As a customer, if I ask you to tell me exactly how you are going to repair this so called $900 repair I expect a detailed response. After multiple attempts of asking what is wrong with the car and paying $150 for the diagnostic, I got nothing. I told them to put my car back together and I will go elsewhere. The result of going elsewhere was the battery needed to be replaced, paid $47. Problem solved. I have no idea how this shop is still open! HORRIBLE AND RUDE!!
