Flying Wrench Services began from humble beginnings in 2002, and grew from one medium service truck and one mobile mechanic (Joe Kiernan, Owner/Operator) to the three trucks and the group of mechanics we have today. To accommodate this growth and expansion, we recently moved to the new 10,000 square foot facility on Commercial Ave. Throughout our history we have been active in the community, and maybe you've seen us in every 4th of July parade in Kingston? We are dedicated to our local community, and plan to stay here as your neighbors for a long time to come! This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.

Just got a new alternator in my car even though I told them that the battery and alternator were still good. Somehow they talked me into a part not needed! $615.00. I trusted them and they failed me! Its the starter!!! When I called to ask for help they were very put out and told me that it was the alternator anyway. Nice!!! You would think they would help someone that just gave them good business. Never again!!!
