He looked at it for roughly two hours which completely surprised me. He did find a minor issue with some noise and we are having that fixed by the dealer. The shop gave is a great report and they said they would not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. We did just that. Thank you for your professionalism. PS, I think you need to charge more.

Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

They even took their lunch break to help me out. They saved me over $1,000 from a "fix" that another shop said my truck needed. It did not. Their fix cost less than one third and worked well.
