I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.
