No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. BEWARE….BEWARE…..BEWARE I had to go get my XC-90 Volvo vehicle, and move it to another mechanic. The apathy & attitude was too much, Just look at the place, …… no lift, small, unorganized & dirty. He charged $50.00 for a simple electrical test that many other establishments stated were often accomplished as a courtesy. When I was there he had no work, but could not find the time to respond to questions. I don’t know who wrote those other reviews,..... they look to be misinformation and written by friends.
