No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. Great Service

Had the opportunity to use a promotional coupon to have a filter replaced, and since I've wanted to have "Dr. Dan" take a look at my car for quite some time, I made an appointment to have the filter replaced, have the car inspected, and some other work done. I was very pleased with Dr. Dan and the work he did. My TDI is now over 14 years old and I am very confident that Dr. Dan will enable me to keep the car until the wheels rust off.....but I am also confident that things will start to wear out, so I do want my car serviced by an expert.....and I think Dr. Dan is THE TDI EXPERT in the area.....and I am willing to drive up to his shop to have him work on my car. Since I've had the work done, the car has had no issues. Again, the car is a mechanical thing, and in order to keep the car, you need to find the mechanic who knows what he is doing.....and that's Dr. Dan.

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. Quoted me a price and was more expensive when I came back for the car

I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Hands down best experience I've had at an automotive shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future :)
