I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. Had the opportunity to use a promotional coupon to have a filter replaced, and since I've wanted to have "Dr. Dan" take a look at my car for quite some time, I made an appointment to have the filter replaced, have the car inspected, and some other work done. I was very pleased with Dr. Dan and the work he did. My TDI is now over 14 years old and I am very confident that Dr. Dan will enable me to keep the car until the wheels rust off.....but I am also confident that things will start to wear out, so I do want my car serviced by an expert.....and I think Dr. Dan is THE TDI EXPERT in the area.....and I am willing to drive up to his shop to have him work on my car. Since I've had the work done, the car has had no issues. Again, the car is a mechanical thing, and in order to keep the car, you need to find the mechanic who knows what he is doing.....and that's Dr. Dan.

I've always taken my vehicles to Olympic Automotive and I have always been pleased with the work they do. I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calipers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Nisaan for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

Simply these guys are the very best at taking care of your BMW, Mini and Audi auto. I recently took my 2002 e39 530i for service and repairs, and the service was exceptional. Great communications throughout the process, their work is impeccable and the work was done at a very reasonable and honest price.
