They seem to be on my side too, one place told me I needed expensive services and Laura explained exactly how and why I did not need what they said. I trust them completely.

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. Nearly half-a-million miles logged on my two vehicles and both have run perfectly under the care of Auburn Foreign Car. Latest visit in my 13+ year affiliation with these folks was last month. I was impressed once again with their attention to detail, clear and thorough communication, and outstanding diagnostic and repair work. Over the years, I have never once needed a second opinion, a re-do by somebody else, or a course in anger management after dealing with this outfit. I figure that if I am shelling out my hard-earned cash, a merchant had better deserve to have it. AFC deserves to have it.

Signature has done all my repairs for the last 10 years. They are extremely professional & their rates are reasonable. The team — Rick & Eric & the service technicians — is top-notch. I can't recommend Signature any more highly.
