Signature has done all my repairs for the last 10 years. They are extremely professional & their rates are reasonable. The team — Rick & Eric & the service technicians — is top-notch. I can't recommend Signature any more highly.

I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. One of the best auto shops I've ever been to! You can tell they genuinely care and aren't just trying to make a quick buck off of you. These people are great. They're patient and courteous no matter how silly or technical I feel my question They explain so I understand. They seem to be on my side too, one place told me I needed expensive services and Laura explained exactly how and why I did not need what they said. I trust them completely.

This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.
