Your tech was awesome and gave the vehicle we were purchasing a thorough inspection. He looked at it for roughly two hours which completely surprised me. He did find a minor issue with some noise and we are having that fixed by the dealer. The shop gave is a great report and they said they would not hesitate to purchase the vehicle. We did just that. Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I bought my Ford Ranger to Denton Restoration for repair work to the driver's side door and a radiator leak. Both were fixed in a timely matter and a reasonable price. I had my vehicle towed into there shop after finding them on Yelp as the best in the area and was informed that my timing belt had broken. They got me fix that same day the charge was over $300 less then what I had call around to other shop and got prices to make sure that there price was competitive. I was shocked that they were the best on yelp and the lowest price BY FAR!!! No extra charges when I picked up and the did a inspection and let me know of other issues I needed for my vehicle without pressuring me into anything.

Hands down best experience I've had at an automotive shop. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the near future :)
