I am a single mama with three daughters so money is tight, and I depend on my car greatly! This is the second time I have used Lloyd's Automotive and again I walked away completely impressed. Both times they made me feel like a priority in that they got my car fixed and on the road quickly. The employees also made sure I understood what the problem was and answered all of my questions. Their prices were more then fair (I called around) and they were extremely professional and friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

They professionally figure out and detect the cause of the dashboard alarm Now my 2001 Saturn car runs smoothly and makes me feel safe in driving it without getting it break down on the road on my way for any appointments. Thank you for keeping our cars in good running reliable condition although our cars are over 17 years old and 23 years old and approaching their 200,000 miles on their service years. You surely saves us a lot with your reasonable cost and your honesty in just fixing and repairing what is just needed. The shop did excelent work in replaceing the top on my t-birds. This is the second top they have replaced on my cars. I shipped the second t-bird up from Pennsilavana for the shop to replace the top which was messed up on installation in Pa. The owner takes a lot of pride in making sure their work is done correctly

Mark and Howard went above and beyond to help my wife and I through some hard times. They claimed to change my oil in about 3 minutes. They clearly did not change my oil or filter. When I pointed out the dirt on the outside of the supposedly new filter, they claimed they come that way. I asked them to produce another new one that looks like the one they supposedly put on my car and they made me wait around for about 20-minutes and then they finally said they couldn't. A bunch of crooks. Absolutely avoid this place. They should be shut down and the owner put in jail.

Its tough to find an automotive shop that doesn't make me feel like I'm getting ripped off because I don't know much about cars but this is one of those places. I've had them work on several of our cars, I leave feeling like I got a great price and quality work in a timely manner. Tom was recommended by a friend I'm glad I found out about him!

To find a shop that will take time to review your problem and then recommend that you can wait and save money is extremely rare. Jerry Stanton (a service advisor with 45 years of experience) took 40 minutes of his valuable time to look at my problem, and recommend possible "home" repairs that I could try first. Then told me that they could fix the problem but it would not hurt to give it more time. Impressive.
