Oil change
They claimed to change my oil in about 3 minutes. They clearly did not change my oil or filter. When I pointed out the dirt on the outside of the supposedly new filter, they claimed they come that way. I asked them to produce another new one that looks like the one they supposedly put on my car and they made me wait around for about 20-minutes and then they finally said they couldn't. A bunch of crooks. Absolutely avoid this place. They should be shut down and the owner put in jail.

none they didn't actually perform
They pocketed the money i paid them, refused to give me a receipt and upon taking my car to another mechanic he said the oil and filter hadn't even been changed.

All fluids changed
Best lube shop around! They did a fast job and it was cheap, they took great care of my car and I've never had a problem with anything they have done. I even met the owner and he was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be going there from now on!

Oil change
BEWARE! Service Mechanic does not complete job listed on reciept! Did NOT fill windsheild fluid, vacuum, or wash car--as stated on reciept that this was completed. Charged more than sign stated. Was told that was because car took more oil than just 5 quarts...thats fine but I explained that I would've liked to have known ahead of time, before he did the job. He stated well--"too bad, I don't make the prices, and besides this is full-service and I completed a full service check on the car". I returned the next day after reviewing the printed receipt and inquired as to why I didn't have the windsheild fluid filled, vacuum & car wash. He stated that the fluid must have ALL leaked out and that "Yeah, I didn't vacuum or wash the car" he then took the reciept and crossed out those items and stated, "there! now its correct! Besides, I don't care what you think." WOW! Don't go to LUBE TUBE for ANYTHING, let alone customer service.
