We go to Tom for all of our car repair (by "we", I mean my mother-in-law and sister -in-law, as well as myself), and have for 20 years. I trust him and his mechanics to be honest, even when I don't want to hear it!

Our 16 year old daughter brought her Ford Escape in because the power steering went out. They realized it was just the hose. They treated her like any other customer and not as a child.
