If I could give them a worse rating then this I would. I received absolutely horrible customer service by the owners, of all people. I went in using a coupon I had got off of Groupon and asked for an oil change. I was a first time customer of Meineke and thought they were offering a good deal through Groupon so I'd try it out. Bad mistake. I had only asked for an oil change nothing else, as my car did not need it and I was short for time. Before I knew it the mechanic came into the lobby and told me he broke part of my wheel while getting my tire off. I was confused as to what he was talking about so he led me into the back to show me. As he was explaining that the piece broke because of who ever put the tires on last tightened them too much and I would now pay for the part he broke, it hit me.........I didn't even ask him to be doing anything with my tires. When I asked why my tires were being messed with when all I wanted was an oil change, the Female owner said to me well we always do complementary tire rotation and I'm sure you were told that. At this point I'm getting pretty irritated and let them know that I did not ask anyone to touch my tires, and I shouldn't be paying for a part that is broken by their mechanic who performed a service I did not need, or ask for. The Male owner then stated fine I will take the charge off since you're whining so much about it. I waited around for 2 hours for their mechanic to fix it and never received so much as an apology from the owner, only the statement that it's better where they moved from because people aren't like they are around here. Can you believe it?! The point of the Groupon was for them to build up their customer base, but instead they lost more customers then they know. Businesses are build on word of mouth.....

The best experience I've ever had with a shop, hands down. I was about to cut bait on this car, after so many unresolved issues kept stacking up, but figured I'd give it one more chance with a new shop. So glad I did, because the car now runs and drives better than ever.. by a lot. Everything they did was clearly explained, plus they prioritized what needed to be done now, and what could wait. They obviously know everything about these cars, inside and out.. "Enthusiast Driven" is for real! I trust this crew 100%, which is something I never thought I'd say about a shop. Got my 2008 Audi A-4 s-line fixed. After I bought it from coparts, had all the body work and repair done at Alpina auto, since I'm friends with the owner. Great job, only the check engine light kept coming on, and every time they scanned it, it came back with an EVAP code. Called Nazier, who was kind and patient, and I dropped off my car to see if they could figure it out. I had read so many amazing reviews online that claimed he had the best prices, and does the best work. 2 days later, got a call from Jared, who said they found the problem and ordered a part to replace the Evap hose, which was cracked. Price was $383 for part+installation. Seemed a bit pricey, and I had originally done a 3 star review, but Nazier called me and explained why it cost me that much and he really gave me the best deal he could find. Offered to give me a free oil change anytime. Nobody cares more about preserving business, keeping a sterling reputation, and maintaining customer satisfaction more than these guys do. I recommend them to anyone.

Great service on everything that I have ever used them for. They balance tires free which very cool because most places charged $50-$80. The Manager is very helpful and makes sure I'm happy with all aspects of the service they have done even if they didn't charge me. Had our head gasket replaced along with other service in the past. They did a great job and the turn around on the car was quick. Pricing was very fair and we will definitely use this shop for all our vehicle repairs in the future.

DO NOT let the mechanics who work at this place touch your car. I never write reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know this place employs literal scumbags. I had the starter replaced on my car a few weeks ago by their mechanic Matt. He came to where I worked, swapped it out, and I was satisfied. Well, next morning I go to drive to work and my car overheats while driving down I5. Turns out the hose that runs from the radiator to the engine snapped off the radiator which was directly above where you would need to work when swapping out the starter. Coincidence? Yeah I don't think so one bit, it was literally the MORNING AFTER they replaced the starter. I get it towed back and I call McFarlands. They say they wont have a mechanic available until Monday (starter was replaced Thursday afternoon, car overheated Friday morning). I say that's fine, I understand things happen. I also ask over the phone if they are going to reimburse me for my tow bill. The woman tells me only if the car overheating was a direct cause of something their mechanic did. That's fair obviously, however it was no coincidence that this issue happened less than 12 hours after their mechanic was working on my car, but okay. So they schedule the same mechanic, Matt, to come out to my house Monday and figure out what happened. Monday rolls around, he shows up and checks out my car. Like I said the hose had snapped off the radiator and therefore caused the engine to overheat. He tells me that and I think okay, well obviously this isn't some freak coincidence, you snapped off the hose while swapping my starter, accident or not. Since there's obviously no way I can prove it was his fault (not like I was recording him on camera the whole time he was fixing my car on Thursday) he tells me he can't fix it for free and I still have to pay the $125 fee for them to come out to my house. So basically if I wanted it to be fixed, I would have to buy a whole new radiator, reschedule him to come out and then have him fix it. So we're talking around $250+ NOT including the tow bill AND not including all the days of work I have to miss because of something this dude did lmao. This is where it gets even better! Matt tells me that he "feels bad for me" and that if I buy the radiator (still a $100 part that I should not have had to buy in the first place) that he will come sometime after work/on the weekend and put it in for me for free since it's really not a hard swap to do on my car. I think well this is the best I'm going to get out of the situation, and I say okay and get his number. I order the radiator and it comes a few days later and I call him. He picks up the phone and we agree that he can come over on Saturday and swap it out for me. Saturday rolls around and take a wild guess what happens? He doesn't show up. I call him, and since now he obviously knows my number from when I previously called him, he doesn't answer. I call him the next day. No answer. I call him a few days after that. No answer. Yup, this dude is a garbage human being and I am shocked anyone would ever employ this guy. So like I said, avoid this place at all costs. There's several mobile mechanics in this area. PLEASE spend your money elsewhere.

Watch out for SCAM! Do not take your auto there, you will be sooooooooooooooooo sorry. Premier transmission Company post their own reviews and rated high online. Don't fall for it. Check their rating on Better Business Bureau before you even let them touch your car.

They seem to have a lot of names. Town Center Automotive, Tri County Transmission, Portland Import Transmission, Discount Auto Brokers, TIR Enterprises, Modern Motion Auto Sales... to name a few. I cannot reccommend this enough : RESEARCH THESE CROOKS before you give them your keys or your money. The owner, Tom Weedman says he's been working with auto/transmission repair his whole career. So considering he is old enough to have grown kids, you would think that he wouldn't suck so bad at repair work. It wasn't until I had my own horrible experience with this place that I found many reviews with stories like mine. Where car owners paid thousands and their car still wasn't drivable. Waiting for weeks and months on repairs that fail. It wasn't until I called the Attorney General that I found out that Tri-County had "at least 8" other complaints on file. (The most recent years.) It wasn't until after I had to get a lawyer that I found out that Tri-County is one of the 12 transmission shops that get the most Better Business Bureau complaints in 3 states. It wasn't until another repair shop schooled Tom on how bad he effed up the work and my lawyer threatened suit before Tom agreed to pay for the whole new transmission rebuild that was required after his "handy work". Tom also likes to write fake positive reviews for his business(es). Almost as much as he likes screaming at customers. Just a little piece of advice: A full blown tantrum-explosion can sometimes be kinda cute on a toddler. But a 50-plus Tom Weedman acting like a toddler (and, you know -not your *own* toddler, but someone else's spoiled bully toddler) ... Yeah not so cute.... Find a professional and stay away from this clown.

NOTHING was done correctly. The distributor they took 4 days to put in ended up failing. The “high performance” control module that I bought for the distributor, they promised me was in the car was NOT in the new distributor. It was kept. The distributor WASNT tightened down and you could move it by hand. The valve covers were replaced which I didn’t NOT agree to. They leaked onto the exhaust manifold AFTER I got the car back. That was one of the jobs they recommended they should fix. They just charged me for new valve covers apparently because I ended up with a lot oil on my exhaust that had to be cleaned off again. And I paid another mechanic to do all of this work after I was over charged for the labor. 1200 I paid for basically nothing to be done right and a part to not be returned to me that I was lied to about being in my engine. I won’t be bringing my car back to Arthur’s. And I didn’t not like the response of the guy at the front desk when I told him about this.
