My BMW has issues from time to time, and I highly recommend these guys. Jason is very good at diagnosing problems with my car, and the estimates for repairs are always far lower than what I would expect to pay at the dealership.

We go to Tom for all of our car repair (by "we", I mean my mother-in-law and sister -in-law, as well as myself), and have for 20 years. I trust him and his mechanics to be honest, even when I don't want to hear it!

Car runs like new. Wish I did.

I brought in a block previously and found the work to be ok but had no information on what was done. No clearances on paperwork. I gave them a second chance to prove themselves and found again the work to be poor. Took in controll arms for a simple bushing replacement and got them back with bent and with welds that had been broken. Only to have them say that the part came in that way and that it is not there fault that the part wasnt able to stand up to the bushing replacement. Wish now that I would of done the repair myself. Would of been a much better result right out of my garage.

$2880 for front and rear breaks , plus a master cylinder . Les Schuab did it for only $1400 and put new brake lines in. Master mechanic could not verify the cost for parts. never go there.

If I could give them a worse rating then this I would. I received absolutely horrible customer service by the owners, of all people. I went in using a coupon I had got off of Groupon and asked for an oil change. I was a first time customer of Meineke and thought they were offering a good deal through Groupon so I'd try it out. Bad mistake. I had only asked for an oil change nothing else, as my car did not need it and I was short for time. Before I knew it the mechanic came into the lobby and told me he broke part of my wheel while getting my tire off. I was confused as to what he was talking about so he led me into the back to show me. As he was explaining that the piece broke because of who ever put the tires on last tightened them too much and I would now pay for the part he broke, it hit me.........I didn't even ask him to be doing anything with my tires. When I asked why my tires were being messed with when all I wanted was an oil change, the Female owner said to me well we always do complementary tire rotation and I'm sure you were told that. At this point I'm getting pretty irritated and let them know that I did not ask anyone to touch my tires, and I shouldn't be paying for a part that is broken by their mechanic who performed a service I did not need, or ask for. The Male owner then stated fine I will take the charge off since you're whining so much about it. I waited around for 2 hours for their mechanic to fix it and never received so much as an apology from the owner, only the statement that it's better where they moved from because people aren't like they are around here. Can you believe it?! The point of the Groupon was for them to build up their customer base, but instead they lost more customers then they know. Businesses are build on word of mouth.....
