Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and this garage. Thank you, Bob, for all your concern and help.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!

I bought my Ford Ranger to Denton Restoration for repair work to the driver's side door and a radiator leak. Both were fixed in a timely matter and a reasonable price. We use LK auto repair for our work truck maintenance and repairs. The service is great! They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I took my car in to get tires changed over. I have low profile tires and they are difficult to mount but I expected a professional business to know how. Boy was I wrong. I got the car back and all 4 rims were scratched all the way around the lip. I went and got the manager and he said he was the one that mounted these. He then started saying look at how dirty the rims were and I obviously didnt take care of them so I had probably done that. I was getting so angry I just walked away and later just decided to cut my loses and let it go. 2 Months later I had 2 tires go flat on me. I had it towed to the closest shop and they took a look and said Wow the beads on the inside and out were damaged because of improper mounting. I went back to Midas and showed them the other shops written statement and said all I wanted was reimbursed for the tow and the new tires that was put on. He blew me off and said no. Long story short, I would not trust them with my car and the manager does not care about customer service or satisfaction.
