Scion service near Brookfield, WI

Great service and prices. Wish I knew of this shop a year or so earlier. It is Firestone affiliated and a hidden gem, one block west of Home Depot on 124th. I've found my repair shop for future auto maintenance on my Jeep.

I paid 238 dollars to find nothing. Ripoff

Needed an alignment and they fit me in the schedule same day. However my truck is now making a horrible noise when I turn to the right. I replaced a bunch of parts before I took it there and drove it, and it did none of this before hand. Not sure if something wasn’t tightened all the way or what. Hoping to have it back in and looked at Monday.

The folks at American Imports are very friendly and accommodating. They do high quality work in excellent time for a fair price.

I had a tire that was low. When I got to the shop, I was greeted by an advisor. He listened to my issue and assured me that the problem would be resolved. I had lunch plans and after the assessment was done he said that I could get a loaner so not to miss the lunch date. I now have new tires and was satisfied with my experience at Silver Lake. I would give them 5 stars.

My slow week wasn’t fixed, tire had low air pressure again the day after appointment.

Everyone I talked to was very personable. I was shocked at the price I paid for a Towmax STR trailer tire. I recognize I was called and quoted a price. Shame on me for not differentiating between the Vanguard and the STR.
