I came home one day, got out of the car and heard a loud hissing sound. Ran around the car trying to hear where it was coming from. Finally discovered it was one of the tires. I found the spot and discovered I had run over a broken-in-half razor blade about 1/2" long. I figured there was no way to plug such a long, narrow slice and was in for a tire-replacement. I searched for tire shops near me and Richlonn's came up as the closest so I called. I told them the story and asked them if there was any way to get the car in ASAP. This was in the late afternoon, so I figured i'd have to wait until morning. They checked the schedule and said that they could fit me in in an hour. So i filled the tire up and quickly drove there and dropped it off. In under two hours later I got a phone call saying my car was ready. I asked what kind of tire did they put on... They said that no tire replacement was needed and that they simply plugged the hole. I was expecting to pay at least 100 and ended up only paying less than 25! With emergency service none-the-less! After this encounter, I always go to Richlonn's. I trust them to be honest and they never fail me or let me down. Everyone is always friendly and respectful and their prices are more than fair. The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

i had my vehicle to 4 different shops and have been without my vehicle for almost a month. i then was referred to schaumann's auto electric, where not only did they fix my car, but did it in a timely manner and at a fair price. i would highly recommend this place if you are having car troubles.

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.

It is not easy finding a place you can trust when it comes to having your car fixed. I am glad I finally found a place that will do a great job and not try and screw you on price. Best prices in town and honest too. What more could you ask for.
