Dropped my vehicle off the night before my appointment for an oil change. The vehicle still wasn't done by the "when needed time." The vehicle was complete right at closing time. The explanation was a bunch of excuses until a different service write came over and explained exactly what happened. Normally wouldn't be an issue for me but I needed my vehicle by a certain time that day. I've been going here for 13+ years so was slightly disappointed by the lack of explanation and inconvenience.

This place is wonderful! I came out of a local restaurant to find a couple older ladies from out-of-town having car problems. Called them the mechanic came right to the location in a matter of minutes. Got the car going to get it to their shop- "avoiding towing fees!" And is now redoing what another place neglected to fix and actually caused. If that isn't small town service I don't know what is!! Great JOB! I would refer them to anyone for my vehicle repairs!

My windshield was destroyed when some kids tossed an object out their car window on the Hwy south of New Richmond WI. It was late on a Friday and I was on my way to Fargo to see family. The representative from Right Way Auto Glass helped me navigate the insurance company and installed a window that night. It was an hour drive for the individual and several hours in the dark replacing my glass and I couldn’t ask for a nicer guy or a better job. I also appreciated his follow-up the following Monday to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Right Way Auto Glass from Wilson, WI anytime & every time. Pat Sumpmann

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!
