I took my college students car to Lake Elmo repair for an oil change and a headlight being out. I told the tech that the headlamp was brand new (and retested in the other headlamp) and that the problem had to be in the wiring harness. The total charge was $165. It appears they simply replugged the light in. My student told me 2 days later the “oil change” alert was still on and that the headlight was out (again). I had him take the car back to Lake Elmo Repair and they told him he would need to bring it back with an appointment. I don’t think it is fair to expect us to have to come back according to their schedule when the problem was the poor workmanship of Lake Elmo Repair. I figured the convenience of this shop would be worth it - but it’s not. I’m going back to Myron’s

I've had my 2 vehicles over the past 6 years at The Professional Garage and they have done just an excellent job. They have always charged me less to have my vehicles done. My windshield was destroyed when some kids tossed an object out their car window on the Hwy south of New Richmond WI. It was late on a Friday and I was on my way to Fargo to see family. The representative from Right Way Auto Glass helped me navigate the insurance company and installed a window that night. It was an hour drive for the individual and several hours in the dark replacing my glass and I couldn’t ask for a nicer guy or a better job.
