I came home one day, got out of the car and heard a loud hissing sound. Ran around the car trying to hear where it was coming from. Finally discovered it was one of the tires. I found the spot and discovered I had run over a broken-in-half razor blade about 1/2" long. I figured there was no way to plug such a long, narrow slice and was in for a tire-replacement. I searched for tire shops near me and Richlonn's came up as the closest so I called. I told them the story and asked them if there was any way to get the car in ASAP. This was in the late afternoon, so I figured i'd have to wait until morning. They checked the schedule and said that they could fit me in in an hour. So i filled the tire up and quickly drove there and dropped it off. In under two hours later I got a phone call saying my car was ready. I asked what kind of tire did they put on... They said that no tire replacement was needed and that they simply plugged the hole. I was expecting to pay at least 100 and ended up only paying less than 25! With emergency service none-the-less! After this encounter, I always go to Richlonn's. I trust them to be honest and they never fail me or let me down. Everyone is always friendly and respectful and their prices are more than fair. The people at Felsing were wonderful. The muffler and pipe to it came off of my son's car and not only were they able to get it in that day, they had it fixed and ready to go the next day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and in terms that a non-car person could understand. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. We will be going here again, should the need arise.

Awful place. I brought my car there because the front driver's side wheel was making a scraping sound. The owner Bill went on a ride with me so he could hear the sound, which he did and had an idea of what it could be. I brought the car back during my scheduled time, which after waiting for about 4 hours after I dropped it off that they can't figure out what is wrong with it, saying there seems to be nothing wrong with the "rear: tires. They spent 4 hours looking at the wrong end of the car. I told them and the owner knew that it was the front driver side. After 3 more hours after the phone call I go there to see what is going on to find my car outside, not even being looked at. And no phone call giving me any more information on it. The girl at the front desk said it "must be my brakes" and I should get a certain kind to fix the issues. The brakes are BRAND NEW CERAMIC BRAKES, not cheap metallic ones. It's not the brakes. Then she said it must be the rotors because they had some wear on them. Please you have no idea what it is and the owner decided to go home a few hours after they opened. Poor Communication. Lastly, I took my car home to find grease all over the driver side interior door and a large scratch right in the doorway (freshly scratched). The grease has been a pain to get off and the scratch is down to the metal. I have photos to post as well. POOR SERVICE.
