I have been going to Richlonn's (in Racine) for tires, brakes and service the last 15-years. I have always been pleased and satisfied as a customer. In fact, approx. 3-months ago, Mother needed tires (white whal) on '86 Cadillac and not having luck in finding what she wanted. I spoke to Brian V. (Store Manager) about the circumstances and then made an appointment for Mom to get tires. Mom is very satisfied with the new tires and 90,000 mile warranty. Also, no one came close to offering the lifetime rotation, price of installing, balancing and Computer check-up for alignment problem with Nitrogen air and extensions. Most reviews on Prestige Auto Service in Glendale are favorable, however our experience with them was not. We took our Lexus SUV in for rear brakes (pads and rotars). While driving it home, we immediately notice a noise coming from the rear wheels and brought it back to them the following day. The owner, Scott, took it for a test drive and thought the rear brakes needed to be bled, so I agreed to have them do that (at a cost of coarse). We were still hearing the noise when we got it back. About a week later the noise suddenly began to sound like a freight train (seriously). A mechanic at service garage that I drove by said it sounded like the parking brake, which it turned out was the case. I had to have it towed to Prestige, at 7:45am on a Monday. They finally got it back to us on Wednesday at about 4:00pm. In all, we were without use of our SUV for 7 days-for a brake job. In all fairness, they fastened a shield that was loose under the truck- as a token of apology I suppose. They didn't charge me for fixing what they knew they missed, but I feel he should have gotten to it sooner. Sorry! We won't be back! Rudy (Shorewood)

The people at Felsing were wonderful. The muffler and pipe to it came off of my son's car and not only were they able to get it in that day, they had it fixed and ready to go the next day. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and explained things clearly and in terms that a non-car person could understand. They are reasonably priced and do quality work. We will be going here again, should the need arise.

I've lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. I highly recommend this shop over all others in Milwaukee.

If you are in need of a great mechanic, Heppe's are your go-to guys. They made my 1996 Audi feel like I just drove it out of the showroom. Honest, good hard-working folks. Can't recommend them enough. I used to be a mechanic back in the day, but your average guy can't work on cars these days without expensive computers, etc. They truly know their stuff, are 1,000 times better than a dealer, and get the job done. They also did work on my wife's car many times and she's super happy. Give them a try. This is a 100% unsolicited review. I give them a 10-star rating!

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.

Loved the atmosphere in the shop. Mike was so professional and quoted me a darn good price! The mechanics were professional and explained everything they did on my SUV. I highly recommend Dave's Garage! It's the most honest and friendly repair shop that I have ever been to!

Our fleet of trucks have never ran better since we had these guys on site.
