My windshield was destroyed when some kids tossed an object out their car window on the Hwy south of New Richmond WI. It was late on a Friday and I was on my way to Fargo to see family. The representative from Right Way Auto Glass helped me navigate the insurance company and installed a window that night. It was an hour drive for the individual and several hours in the dark replacing my glass and I couldn’t ask for a nicer guy or a better job. I also appreciated his follow-up the following Monday to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend Right Way Auto Glass from Wilson, WI anytime & every time. Pat Sumpmann

I bought a used 2005 Cadillac for about $10,000 from Morries in Chippewa Falls. After a few months I realized it was burning oil at a rate of 1 quart to every other tank of gas. I had to add 11 quarts between oil changes. The best Morrie's would offer is to fix it for me for an additional $2600. I don't think they knowingly sold me a bad car...but after making profit on my purchase and a LOT of profit on my trade-in, they certainly could have went further with their assistance. My impression: They decided to stick it to the little guy instead of doing the right thing.

Do NOT trust this man! His name is Robert Hamilton. He claims to be ASE certified, but it turns out that his certification is ONLY for air conditioning, not for anything else. He sold me a vehicle that he claimed - in writing - to be dependable and in excellent condition. Only after purchasing the vehicle did I find out that the transmission was shot and needed to be completely replaced. He committed perjury in court in front of the judge when I took him to court.
