Tire changes service near Muskego, WI

I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma with 87K on it. Great truck. Check engine light came on so I went to a local dealer where I had purchased two other vehicles in the past. They said I needed both catalytic converters for the not so surprising sum of $3600. I understand that dealers always charge high for parts but, no. I went to Paul's Bender Center ( to the dealers credit they did suggest Paul's ) and they quickly found bad gaskets near the O sensor causing the bad reading. One hour and $ 109.20 later AND a passed emissions I drove off smiling. I've been to Paul's in the past and will surely return and recommend their services to everyone. James M. Kenosha, WI

I’d been to this place before and they were professional and courteous, but the next time I sent my wife in for a diagnostic on her car, they never told her what it would cost. They made a few minor repairs without asking her or telling her they would perform them and then pulled a bait and switch by giving her an estimate for other ‘issues’ the diagnostic cost us $268 dollars. Im 44 and have had more cars than I could remember and Ive never been in any repair shop that cost nearly $300 just. To be told I need to spend another $1000 and no work done aside from a few clamps as I was told was done for free. This pandemic is making some small buisness forget their morals and tell wives that their blinker fluids needs to be changed all so they can make a few dollars

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

The team at Mraz replaced the transmission and clutch in my Mini Cooper (2003) in about a day. The longest wait was for parts from Mini USA, but they were able to have everything done very fast. The car came back spotless, and the price was much less than the dealer. They also accepted my extended dealer warrenty that I purchased when I bought my car with no problems.

I found them through AAA when I moved to Milwaukee in 2010 and have been going for routine and non-routine maintenance at least 4 times a year since. They do good work, they communicate well, they are priced fair and they go above and beyond. One year I was in an accident and brought my car in to get the steering and suspension realigned. When I picked it up they had popped out the dent in the bumper purely out of goodwill given they aren't a body shop and it was free of charge. If the check engine light is on and the diagnostic is something silly like a loose gas cap they will turn off the light and wave the diagnostic fee. If it is something that needs to be repaired the $90 price of the diagnostic is applied towards the repair. Given all the times I've brought my car to them I've only had one incident where some lug nuts were loose after a tire rotation. They were immediately apologetic and reimbursed me. I can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you will see many hand written thank you notes from other equally grateful and happy customers. When places like Jiffy Lube are scamming customers by cutting corners and selling unnecessary services it feels good to have a trustworthy mechanic.

I've lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride.
