Aftermarket Wheels
I’d been to this place before and they were professional and courteous, but the next time I sent my wife in for a diagnostic on her car, they never told her what it would cost. They made a few minor repairs without asking her or telling her they would perform them and then pulled a bait and switch by giving her an estimate for other ‘issues’ the diagnostic cost us $268 dollars. Im 44 and have had more cars than I could remember and Ive never been in any repair shop that cost nearly $300 just. To be told I need to spend another $1000 and no work done aside from a few clamps as I was told was done for free. This pandemic is making some small buisness forget their morals and tell wives that their blinker fluids needs to be changed all so they can make a few dollars

Brake Repair
I mistakenly scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on their Haul only day (Sunday) and received a text from the owner telling me to come in as they would be working on other vehicles later in the day. I was very impressed with their flexibility and customer service.

Service Provided
Overall I had a good experience nothing to complain about! However I do think its a little pricey! Prices are equally to a dealer and if I was to choose from taking my car to the dealer or to the shop, I would prefer the dealer. Here is why! While you wait in the dealer they have a waiting area with TV, coffee, popcorn cookies, water and not just that when I get my car its washed and vacuumed. So same price but better quality.

Overall Great Repair Shop Experience
I recently moved into the area and was looking for a local place to take my wife's car for some repairs. After comparing a few different places, we decided to go with Al at Bloomfield Tire and Auto and are very glad that we did. Al communicated with me every step of the way, did great work, and the price was very reasonable (He even went out of his way to find us an extra discount). Because of this great service and overall good experience, we will not hesitate to bring our vehicles back to Bloomfield Tire and Auto. Chad Michael
