I recently used European Auto House to do a pre-purchase inspection for a 2014 Boxster that I was hoping to buy. I contacted Nathaniel who was very accommodating in setting up the inspection right away. He read my emails and responded to my questions right away. He was able to do the inspection the same day that I called. That afternoon he called me to discuss his findings. He very quickly figured out a number of things wrong with the car that I had no idea about. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some very good advice about finding the right car for me. He saved me a lot of disappointment, headaches and money. I will call Nathaniel for the next inspection and I will certainly use him for service once I find my Porsche.

Tried to get me to buy a filter by acting like my filter was terrible when it was fine. Typical procedure of this company. These people are liars and do anything they can to jack up the bill. Requested the cheapest oil and said I never pay more than 40-50 bucks when I get my oil changed and then they used the more expensive oil and my bill was about 90. Pretended like they were giving me a deal by taking 10 dollars off.

Highly recommended. They fixed a major oil leak on my Mercedes-Benz for next to nothing. Incredibly fair prices and helpful, friendly customer service. I will definitely get service from Bernie's again.

I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. I took car in to be repaired on the morning of Friday September 8, 2017, to get my thermostat and radiator replaced. I pick my car up later that evening, drove home, parked car until the next day. September 9, 2017, while I was driving my car, The engine light came on inside my vehicle and you start to drive a little funny so I took my car home waited until Monday to take my car back to the shop by that time my car overheated, The motor seized up and my head gasket was blown. The antifreeze that they put in my car leaked out and that's what caused the problem because it didn't have no coolant and they are trying to blame me for what had happened to my car. My car has never overheated before and that was the reason I bought in for. This company refuse to give me my old car parts or try to fix what they didn't.
