Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. I took car in to be repaired on the morning of Friday September 8, 201... read more I took car in to be repaired on the morning of Friday September 8, 2017, to get my thermostat and radiator replaced. I pick my car up later that evening, drove home, parked car until the next day. September 9, 2017, while I was driving my car, The engine light came on inside my vehicle and you start to drive a little funny so I took my car home waited until Monday to take my car back to the shop by that time my car overheated, The motor seized up and my head gasket was blown. The antifreeze that they put in my car leaked out and that's what caused the problem because it didn't have no coolant and they are trying to blame me for what had happened to my car. My car has never overheated before and that was the reason I bought in for. This company refuse to give me my old car parts or try to fix what they didn't.

They not only did my emissions inspection quickly, but made it easy for me to get my renewal sticker and new registration all at one place, in just a few minutes! The technician at National Pride was equally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend National Pride in Kenosha and will definitely give them my business in the future.
