Everyone I talked to was very personable. I was shocked at the price I paid for a Towmax STR trailer tire. I recognize I was called and quoted a price. Shame on me for not differentiating between the Vanguard and the STR.

I have a 2001 DAKOTA THAT WAS LOSING POWER TO THE POINT IT WOULD ONLY GO 5 MPH AT THE BEST. i HAD IT TOWED TO A SHOP WHERE THEY SAID IT WAS FUEL PUMP AFTER I DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM AND SYMPTOMS THAT OCCURRED GETTING TO THE 5MPG. RANDY SAID THAT HE DOUBTED IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP AND IF I COULD GET IT THERE HE WOULD LOOK AT IT THAT IT WAS MOST LIKELY THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER HAD CLOGGED UP. i HAD IT TOWED THE 150 MILES TO HIS NEW LOCATION AND HE LOOKED AT IT THE NEXT DAY. hE HAD TO REPLACE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND AN O2 SENSOR. IT RAN ME LIKE 150 DOLLARS I HAD CALLED AROUND TO SEE WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE. THE OTHER SHOPS WERE WAY OVER 200IN FACT ONE WANTED 400 AND IT WAS GOING TO TAKE THEM A WEEK TO GET TO IT. I DRIVE OVER 60 MILES(ONE WAY)TO HAVE HIM WORK ON MY TRUCK ND OTHER AUTOS. . I HAVE USED RPM's FOR OVER 6-7 YEARS. I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT WHAT CAN ONLY BE CALLED A VERY Fair price. IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE LAST EXHAUST SHOP YOU WILL EVER NEED IT IS RPM'S HE PROVIDES FAIR PRICES QUALITY SERVICE AND YOU WILL HAVE A FEELING OF COMFORT IN WHO IS WORKING ON YOU VEHICLE.

This Man Is An Overpriced Rip Off Artist . He Screwed Up The Alternator, And The Computer Brain Box, On My Mom's Car And Threatened her in front of a Bunch of People . He has a Bad Temper . He Also Rips Of Elderly People, All The Time . He Treats Women Like They"re Stupid . In My Personal Opinon He Should Be Put Out Of Business . He Is The Worst Machanic In The World !!!

So far so good. Didn't give me the news I wanted to hear but they are being honest and upfront. Their customer service is top notch. Every time I spoke to them, they were always pleasant. I hope to never have the need for their services but if the need arise I'll definitely use them. No doubt giving references too.

I found Midas West Allis on yelp and after checking different positive reviews about them I decided to go there for oil change. I made an appointment one day before and drove up their shop after two days of my scheduled appointment but I was treated like a regular customer and my car was taken in and worked on immediately. They really proved what a customer service mean. I am really grateful to the knowledgeable and helpful mechanics they have.

I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. I called on the weekend (Saturday) to make a appointment to get my car fixed. Was almost un-drivable and my only car, so I needed it fixed a-sap. Soonest appointment wasn't until Monday after weekend at 10am. First off, when I showed up for the appointment the guy made it clear that not only were they not able to work on car today but probably wont even fix it that same day. After I explained that I would just take it somewhere else since it was my only source of transportation, he said he would try to work on it and see what he could do. Wondered why I even made a appointment. I explained to him what I thought the problem was and made sure he called me as soon as he knew for sure what the problem was and so I could give him permission to work on it. (Depending on the cost needed to make sure I could afford it) Before I left he approached me "beating around the bush" Saying things like "It's bad and going to be expensive" Not wanting to give me a exact quote. (Keep in mind I had gotten a quote on Saturday for the replacement of a water pump including labor at $330.) He tried to give me a explanation that is was leaking something with the coolant, making it obvious I had a blown gasket and that it was not the water pump that needed to be replaced. After asking him about 4 times what it meant and how much it was going to be he finally said it would be at least 10 hours of labor which alone could be about $1000. I told him to please double check and call me to make sure it was in fact the problem. I was devastated... He said he wouldn't know for sure till about a hour when the car cooled off. Three hours later I had my husband call him to find out what was going on since I had not heard back from him. He told him the same story. I then called and explained to him I would be picking up the car simply because I could not afford it at the time. Myself, I was thinking if I am going to pay that much money in labor alone I want a second opinion. Well lets jus
