If I need maintenance on my vehicle and must be on the other side of town within 15 minutes, the crew will gladly shuttle me to my destination for free, and get me back to the shop at my convenience to pick up my vehicle! Hands down I recommend South Main Auto!

I have been a customer for several years – never had a reason to complain but since I’ve been cheated, everyone should know what to expect. They say they honor warranties and work with them all the time but they will not bother to call the warranty provider and with their own interests in mind will say the warranty does NOT cover it. After pulling records from my warranty provider, they never called to even ask if it was covered – I had an ultimate warranty which was bumper to bumper equivalent. After bringing this up to the owner Marc Wilson, he said he didn’t care and it wasn’t his job to work with the warranty company and it’s my fault that it wasn’t submitted to warranty.
