After some quick research, it seems to me the first place I should be looking is my spark plugs or fuel pump. Lack of spark or fuel is likely the cause of loss of power, says the google. Why didn't they say anything about these parts? Why didn't they ask me for more details on the symptoms rather than just taking my $400 and handing the keys back.

brought my truck in for a missfire they said i needed injectors they broke one hold down bolt and charged me for the tool to get it out then they crossdrilled the head and trashed it and told me i needed to spend another 10k to replace the cylinder head i said no way went to Mr Diesel across town and they fixed the cylinder head and all the stuff not done correctly by hallers and i was out the door around 2 grand save yourself the trouble go to Mr Diesel instead
