Engine repair service near Green River, WY

I was visiting in Rock Springs just for the weekend and Friday afternoon my car, a 1999 Ford Expedition, began making a horrible loud sound as I was returning to my grandchildren's home from the store. I was panicked because I'm an old grandmother and I was traveling alone. I needed to return to Salt Lake City on Sunday night and I didn't know what to do. I found Rock Springs Auto Repair on the internet and decided to give them a try. I called at 3:30 pm on Friday and a very pleasant woman told me to come right over and they would take a look at it. Chris, the service advisor, knew immediately what the problem was and told me they could fix it and have it back to me in the morning. At 5:20 p.m. that same day, I got a phone call from Chris saying that they had finished the repair and even though they closed at 5:30 p.m., they would wait for me to come and pick up my car. He showed me exactly what they had done and even showed me the tool that they needed to use to fix it. The charge ended up being less than he had originally told me. Thank you for being so honest and helpful.

I was robbed blind by these guys. They marked up the parts over 700% !! and would not listen to reason when I brought up how expensive they were. Plain and simple I was taken advantage of because I had no choice but to pay the way overpriced bill. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!
