I made an "appointment" for this past Wednesday the 21st to have my motorhome repaired and have everything checked out on it. I dropped it off at 8:00 in the morning. I called Thursday evening to see if they had info on what was needed and the lady said that she was there by herself and didn't have any information on my vehicle. No biggie I thought, so Friday I stopped by at 4:00pm and asked the same lady about my rig. She then when and picked up my paperwork and said that she would get someone to look at it. This is Friday right before their quitting time and they aren't open on the weekend so now they aren't going to do anything with it until Monday at the soonest. I need my rig back by Tuesday and I guess that was my mistake telling them that they had until then. If they by chance get my rig ready in time I will up their rating but if not then this is being generous. If you have to take your to this shop I would suggest stopping by there everyday to make sure they aren't just ignoring you otherwise they won't do crap when they say they will.
