We have an older Country Coach Intrigue that was having some air leveling issues. After we called a few others that didn't sound very interested in working on it, we contacted Johnathan at Echols RV. Johnathan came out and inspected the coach, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made the necessary repairs on a Saturday at our shop where the coach is kept. After three trips out, several hours of his time and all the leveling valves replaced we had a coach that operated as it should again. Now comes the fun part, the bill! I was calculating in my head all of his time, the parts replaced and his travel time and was prepared for this bill. Boy was I surprised when he handed me an invoice for MUCH LESS then I expected. I used the coach this past weekend and everything worked flawlessly... I have been around RV's for many years, in that time I have meet many RV repair people but nobody like Johnathan Echols. His workmanship, honesty and integrity are almost nonexistent in his industry. If you have a RV of any type in need of any repair, I highly recommend Echols RV Repair. Thomas previously was doing business as PCS Marine in Pittsburg, California. I took my boat to him in 2012 to have an overheating issue diagnosed and he found out my 350 motor had been damaged by a faulty head gasket and needed to be rebuilt to the tune of $3000+. I told him there was no way I could afford that as I was recovering from Kidney Cancer Surgery and was all tapped out financially from not working. I told him that I would pick-up my boat and would just have to let it sit inoperable. Thomas called me back the next evening saying not to worry about my boat, that he had talked to customers/friends about my situation and that they had pledged enough money to pay for my motor to be rebuilt. I started crying on the phone at their awesome display of generosity and told Thomas to thank them all for me. He told me it would take awhile to do the work as it would be when he had free time from paying customers, to which I said that was no problem. I checked back with him every month or so just to see how things were progressing and even paid him $800 as he said my engine block was bad and he had to buy a rebuild-able core motor. He eventually sent me photos showing my boat with the old motor removed and the new motor sitting next to it on a stand. After nine months, my boat still wasn't finished so I called to talk to Thomas and he started yelling at me and told me to come get my boat off his property. I went there and saw he had put my old damaged motor back in my boat. I tried talking to him but he just started cursing at me and told me to GTF off his property. Thomas Schmidt stole $800 from me in addition to however much money his customers/friends had given towards repairing my boat. In the unlikely event this horrible person is still in business, don't let him con you into being another victim.

We bought our first RV here and the service was great! But once we started to use the RV , it broke down, all the tires blew out, the brake actually caught on fire and the list goes on. We told Lester ( owner) about all our issues and long story short, we still have the RV, invested over 2100 additional dollars and the brakes still fail. Lester kept reassuring us that he would exchange the RV. However, he did not. We even offered to upgrade and pay the difference but, Lester kept promising he'd help and did nothing but lie. Do not shop here ever!!!!

5 stars isn’t enough for Q Street Storage. The best storage company ever. I've had my storage unit at Q Street Storage for over 2 years now and I'm very sad to be leaving because I know I won't find another place as professional, nice, caring, helpful and patient as Claudia and her husbands company. I’ve never had one issue with my belongings and always felt very safe and secure having my items stored at Q Street Storage. The size of my storage and the price each month I can’t find anywhere else even close to Q Street Storages. I had a hard time paying the last couple months that I was there due to some medical problems and instead of Claudia selling my items at an auction she wrote off my debt that I owed for a couple months. You won't ever find that at any other storage company. All other places will just auction your belongings without a care in the world but not Q Street Storage. Claudia was in constant contact with me and worked with me over those couple months and was extremely patient, kind, helpful and caring. I'm sad to be leaving Q Street Storage, it will be really hard to beat them, I doubt I will find a company that even comes close to Q Street Storage. THANK YOU CLAUDIA & Q STREET STORAGE!!! YOUR THE BEST. I will recommend Q Street Storage to anyone and everyone looking for the best storage facility.
