Brake repair service near Little Brooklyn, AL

No stars...if possible I'd give negative ranking. I left my car because I had problem with my tire. After a while, I received call from them and they told me on the phone that tire has a valve leakage and repair cost will be $12.99 plus labor. The person mentioned that my backlight is also gone and the filter needs to be replaced for which I specifically mentioned that I'll take a look once I'm there. When I reached there, they charged me for both tire and backlight which I didn't ask for and when I reminded that I never agreed to fix the backlight - he started shouting, used curse words and was almost on the verge of making racist remarks. I just don't understand how can such a person run any business. Anyways, I'm done with this store forever.

I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that Ronnie and his crew always take great care of my car and if there is a problem they will do a great job fixing it and at a fair price. Horrible. I went there to get a jump start because my car wouldn't turn back on while I was at the dmv and they charged me $20 for it. Just to give me a jump. I can only imagine how they rob their customers for other things. Never was a customer and defenitely will never be a customer now. Maybe a little bit of compassion would have gained them a customer to see what is wrong with my battery. NO THANKS.
