Brake repair service near Johnson, AR

Always get my Mercedes S500 serviced by Roger, he has done an excellent job all the time. I had a problem with my X5, no one other than him could fix it even the BMW warranty people could not, hats off to Roger. Karl Eureka Springs, AR

NO STARS!!! Had car towed in on a Wednesday, called for over 4 days, never an answer or a call back. Went there the following week, vehicle was out, unlocked, tore apart, with a few pieces broken under hood. Ken-the owner, never stood still to speak, walked away and just made promises to have it in the shop the next day. Again called, no answer, no call back. Went back again, this time to see car, still unlocked, this time with body damage, almost $2k worth. So I video taped everything from that point on!! Very needed if you use this shop! He lied about the damage to my car, got those lies on tape! Went another couple days without answering calls or calling back, ow, over 2 weeks later, I called a tow truck and had them come get my car. I do not recommend this Mom and Pop place, noone is there to answer calls or questions, your vehicle is not secured or locked up. This review is needed for people like me out there, that know nothing about vehicles, and people like this know this and screw customers all the time! I do not know if the 5 star review on here is a friend, cause I have a very hard time believing anyone had great service here. I had to let my insurance handle getting vehicle fixed..
