As a mechanic myself that has moved into a different line of work I can fully recommend all the guys here at The Brake Shop. With my new responsibilities I don't always have the time I wish I did to do my own repairs. When I was new to the area I shopped around and talked to a lot of shops before having any work done. These guys are class act. They know their stuff and they put a great guarantee on their work. Honesty, reliability, and quality is the mantra here. After reading some of these reviews about being a "scam" or the guys looking for extra money... I'm not so sure if these people really used the same shop. I continue to refer friends/acquaintances/co-workers here when I don't have time to handle their repairs and all 5 of them have yet to have a less than stellar experience and reported back full satisfaction to me.

Came in to meet you to see what you could do with our used car that was just purchased (from a bad dealership) and you made our experience such a positive one. Diagnosis/test driving for intermittent concerns/electrical testing.

I bought a car from rock solid and paying on for three years , took car in for a few repairs , the warrarnty has run out and won't fix it . Rock solid has fixed minor things on my car after warrenty supposing expired , I did not pay . And now car is almost paid off which I thought it was a 3 yr contract and they are telling me it's a 3and half yr never heard of that . Rock Solid explained to me when I bought car it was warranty I was buying not the car . So why would I pay 7,000 plus for a 12 month warranty , sounds crazy ! So I guess they got me .

The team did a great job of performing the work. They did what was needed, recommended a few things, and told me a few things to watch out for.

Ray Morgan and his team have done it again. I recently purchased a Jeep. It had been sitting for years, tired, sad and maybe even a hopeless cause. If honesty and fairness is what you are looking for, look no further. I have taken a number of vehicles to Dan and never been disappointed. He has addressed everything from oil changes, to suspension, AC, exhaust, and cooling issues. Everybody I have recommended has had positive experiences as well.
