I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! Great mechanics and friendly staff. Owner really knows that the repair shop is there to get things right and not just charge up ur card. Great turn around times, shuttle service is awesome feature, and coffee and tv for the quick work. Ill never take my car anywhere else.

Always a great experience, from scheduling to excellent work done quickly to fabulous staff! They are honest and never pushy, never trying to sell me something I don't need. It is like going to a friend you trust. And I just learned that they do tires too, so I will have them replace mine when it's time for that!

I took my heater core in to the shop. JAY came up to me and asked if he could help. I told him my problem, it is a project I was working on, it was out of my VW Baja Bug. So he took my core right away pressurized it, said it might be better if he found a new core, come back in about hour. I returned and asked if it would be better to put the new core on instead of fixing it. He handed me the core and said the job is already done. He was able to repair it. Well done Sun West Radiator Repair! It was worth the hour drive for me to have them do the repair.
