In 1995 Rick Smith, a respected certified master technician, struck out on his own after 12 years of General Motors and Nissan dealership experience. Out of all the technicians he worked with over the years, one stood out – Michael Glandon. The timing was finally right in 2001 and Michael agreed to work for Rick. In 2006, a partnership was formed between the Smith and Glandon families.
As certified master technicians we continually update training, equipment, and procedures. As craftsmen, a very high level of importance is placed on cleanliness, professionalism, and doing the best quality job possible.
As men of faith, the treatment of individuals is paramount. Employees, venders, and of course clients, must be treated with respect, kindness, and integrity. Business operations and policy are based on biblical principals.

Michael Glandon tightened the compressor connector terminals to allow the a/c on my 1997 Ford Thunderbird to blow cool air.

All our questions were answered. All the oil leaks were fixed and we no longer have a pan under the parking space. We immediately left on a long trip in the car, feeling secure and confident in the work.

Good job, wish your shop could have used the less expensive fuse box I provided, but do understand your tech was hesitant to modify our vehicles wiring harness for the different sunroof fuse position. In my opinion Adele Jones is a good and personable employee.

Excellent customer service from the front desk personnel all the way up to the owner. The employees in this shop not only take care of the vehicle in a courteous professional manner, but also know the first rule in customer service, that the customer pays the bills.

As always enjoyed the warmth of the office (not thermostat) with friendliness and the testimony of Jesus the head of your business. The same with the mechanical work as always being top notch, reliable and at reasonable costs. We know that going to the dentist and an auto repair business is usually pretty comparable...not in the case of Mercie Auto Care. Bob and Diane Ward

Best of the Best Repair Shop
This is THE place to take your car or truck for service. The shop is clean, the service professional, the staff friendly, and the charges reasonable. As of the date of this particular review, they score a 100% on Yelp and Google. There's a reason for this. Rick S. and Michael G. are as honest as the day is long and they know what they are doing. I can assure you that *if* they do get a negative review, no doubt it came from the caustic keyboard of some hard to please dweeb. Bring your vehicle there.
