I just want to say Thank You. Before my husband passed away, he told me to always take the car to you. He said you were people who would not put the screws to me. Being a woman, who does not know a lot about what needs to be done to a car, I greatly appreciate you taking care of me. Rose Johnson

Great Customer Service
I am absolutely and pleasantly surprised by the high level of integrity of the owner and staff at Friendly auto. I took my truck in for an alternator problem and initially was diagnosed as needing replacement. When the new alternator still didn't charge the battery it was discovered that a fuse had blown. To check if my original alternator was damaged required re-installation of the old alternator and it was then found to be functional and the fuse replacement was all it needed. so instead of a new alternator I was charged for fuses and basic diagnostic labor when they already had my permission to replace the alternator. anywhere else would have charged me for the alternator and the fuses Instead of the reason I received " We don't work like that , that's not how we make our money " I will definitely be back when next I need Automotive service. Great Mechanics and Honest
I love Friendly's. We found them about 2 1/2 years ago when we moved to the area. We can always trust them and they always provide us with excellent service. I love how kid-friendly the waiting room is as well. That makes a huge difference on days I need to bring my kids with me. Juliana D. Mesa, AZ
