In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! I would recommend and have recommended AutoVaun to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic. The people who I have suggested going here have also been impressed. Always a great experience, from scheduling to excellent work done quickly to fabulous staff! They are honest and never pushy, never trying to sell me something I don't need. It is like going to a friend you trust. And I just learned that they do tires too, so I will have them replace mine when it's time for that!

This is the auto repair shop to go to. They are very knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, friendly and to top it off a very nice facility. I would highly recommend Auto Correct, if you want it done correct the first time around.

I'm not a big review writer, but when a testimonial is deserved, I'll make a point to give it. Everyone at Tech1Auto was great! Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. I would recommend Tech1 to anyone that's trying to find that one last really good auto-shop.

Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

THIS is the place to go for honest automotive work. I have been coming here since 2007 for oil changes, car battery, emissions and other various work over the years. I have referred two friends to this shop and both have thanked me profusely for doing so. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is the real deal and they will not give you the run around.

I had to have my Jeep towed to an Auto Repair shop and I found them on Google.com and came with good reviews. I dealt with the manager, Mitchell Rosowitz and he shot me straight and gave me a price for repairs and recommendations for other repairs needed without pressure. I only had so much money to work with so Mitchell gave me a discount and All is good with my Jeep!!
