This shop did not replace my main engin oil seal when they had my transmission out. After I told everyone in the shop including the owner to replace my main oil seal while you have the transmission out. They did not replace the main oil seal. So I had to pay an additional 540 on top of the 2800 after they supposedly rebuilt my trans mission. I was told on the side that Bob only replaces what is needed and charges for a full job. So they probabley only replaced my transmission pump. And they charged me for a full rebuild witch I specified. I was willing to give them 400 cause they messed up and did not put in a new oil seal the first time when they said they would. But Bob only cares about the money and not the customer. He blamed the whole thing on me Stating that I never told him anything. When I had conversations with him. About making shure that he knew what need to be done. So just do not go to this shop. Go some where else. Plus my vehicle has been there almost 3 monts. Witch dose not bother me cause I know that they have a lot of work. I tried to be resenable with Bob but Bob has gotten greedy.

I'm a local and they still took me as if I lived in Orange County CA. They took three days to perform a simple tuneup and when I got my car back, the check engine light came on. Something happened to my alternator while they had it, took it back and they replaced with one that was worse. I ended up buying another alternator and had a different shop install it. Here's the thing, I'm not sure if they replaced all of my spark plugs and installed new gaskets on my engine cover.

I thought the service provided by Bill was extremely professional as well as fairly priced. I will definitely be calling him for all maintenance and any other repairs I will be needing.
