I drove 25 minutes while having my wife follow me to drop my car off at 8am when they opened to have a transmission flush. Monty me told that it would be done before the end of the day. I called twice throughout the day to check and was told that it would still be done. It got to be almost 6 o'clock and called again and Monty said that it would not be done today, So I had to drive all the way back there to pick my car up without it even being touched. When I pulled up the mechanics and Monty were all outside just conversing and smoking a cigarette. Shame on this place. I put off other things that I had planned that day to get my car fixed just to get the runaround.
I took my daughter's 2005 Chevy Malibu to have some work done on her t... read more I took my daughter's 2005 Chevy Malibu to have some work done on her transmission, and i have not found a shop or customer service better then I did at Advanced Transmissions in a long long while. Advanced Transmissions has been in business many years now and they do good work, the way shops used to do back in the day when people actually cared about helping each other. So i am telling you, if you want an honest company that will do you right and give you a firm handshake go to Advanced Transmissions and talk to the guys at the front there.
