Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!

This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. I had to have my Jeep towed to an Auto Repair shop and I found them on Google.com and came with good reviews. I dealt with the manager, Mitchell Rosowitz and he shot me straight and gave me a price for repairs and recommendations for other repairs needed without pressure. I only had so much money to work with so Mitchell gave me a discount and All is good with my Jeep!!

I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

Sat on my car for months and never finished work place is a huge scam

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will rip you off! Took my car after having issues with my ac was told I needed a new compressor it would be $1000.00 for a NEW ac compressor. Day one I"m told the dealer sent the wrong compressor, Day two the right compressor came in but it was "defective" Day three car is finished and fixed. I pay them and receipt clearly states new equipment installed. On the drive home I notice ac is still not working at all. I get home and open the hood and I find my original used compressor. I called the owner Julio and he hung up on me. Called back and threaten to call the police and he explains it's their mistake and they will fix it. He said they could have "accidentally" installed a rebuilt compressor. I told him I knew he was lying because it was not a used, rebuilt or new part in fact I could prove from the serial # it was my original compressor. They will lie, cheat and steal do not go here! Take it to a real mechanic. My AC still does not work until this mess is reversed thru my bank.
