Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

Chris did some work on our truck and he did an amazing job and was so nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future if we have a need again. Not only was he honest but he took his time and explained why he was doing everything and also showed my son what he was doing and allowed him to watch and learn. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I just moved to Arizona for 1 year not knowing any shop to fix My 2000 Honda Civic power steering pump. I called Japanese Auto Pro's for a quote and they were very reasonable price. I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

I have been going to Desert Hills for years. Tim has been keeping up my 1986 Silverado. His prices are reasonable and fair. I also take my 01 Rav to him. Recently put in a new Radiator. Very pleased with the results. Never had a problem with his work. Before that he gave it a tune-up. Zoom Zoom!

I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

Sat on my car for months and never finished work place is a huge scam

I took my daughter's 2005 Chevy Malibu to have some work done on her transmission, and i have not found a shop or customer service better then I did at Advanced Transmissions in a long long while. Advanced Transmissions has been in business many years now and they do good work, the way shops used to do back in the day when people actually cared about helping each other. So i am telling you, if you want an honest company that will do you right and give you a firm handshake go to Advanced Transmissions and talk to the guys at the front there.
