Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh

I have had the pleasure of working with the Vinson Team for several years after having been referred by my neighbor. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lived all over the country and I wish there were more Mike Vinson Automotive locations for my friends and family to appreciate.

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

I LOVE THIS company. It literally made my day. My oil light came on during my drive to work and I went online and booked an appointment for that same day. They came to my work and it was done within an hour. They even put air in my tire that was low. Brent (my oil service guy) came, made it so easy and even vacuumed my car! In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! I would recommend and have recommended AutoVaun to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic. The people who I have suggested going here have also been impressed. It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

Scotts Auto has been really good to me. Took my car in during summer for AC issues. Noticed AC started blowing warm after a couple week. Took it back into Scotts, and they fixed it same day at no charge to me. Connor was very helpful. Thanks again Scotts Auto!!
