Being from out-of-state I was concern on getting an honest evaluation on my front end problem. The noise when turning the steering wheel sounded serious. I figured it had to be a suspension problem. The mechanic at Alignment, Brake, and Suspension’s Specialists determine that the suspension was sound and that the car was safe to drive. If the noise persisted bring back the car for further evaluation. I could have been falsely charged for a fix but they charged nothing for their time looking for the problem. I highly recommend them for there honest treatment of customers.

Who knew??? that my transmission was going to give out driving home from Phoenix. This happened on a Sunday afternoon so of course all businesses were closed. Great place! Alain was very professional and friendly. Came in for some new tires and give me a great deal. I was able to finance and pay off in easy monthly payments. All workers are friendly and work fast. I would be definitely be coming back and I %100 recommend coming to see Alain @6th and Valencia location.

I went to the just brakes on oracle and the service was fantastic.

I just went in to have my 2007 GMC diesel 2500 Truck serviced and I paid half as much as another facility had quoted me. They found a power steering hose leaking and on top of doing my truck's service they replaced that hose all in less than one day. My truck is now ready to be used to tow my trailer out of town and I feel confident I will have no problems. Thank you to Carla and Isabel and their great technicians. You folks know your stuff! This is my second time bringing my 2010 Toyota Camry for a trans fluid exchange . I like doing that a little more often than the book says as i feel it can't harm to be extra cautious as a transmission replacement is far more expensive . I feel so far a good job was done but the only thing I find is the impersonal feelings I get as I wanted to ask the Tech who did the job about the actual condition of the all synthetic fluid and when he test rode the car what was his thought on the shifting and general condition of the trans having 90 thousand miles on it now . I have a 25 plus year old car that I keep in good condition and I am guessing that its old school thinking with my Toyota that you bring in the car after a few days to have the fluid re-checked to make sure the level is where it needs to be . More Tech conversation would be nicer for the customer but i am guessing that if every customer wanted to ask the tech questions about there car then the Tech would get way behind in his work . I just wanted to mention that but feel they do good work for less than the price of a dealership .

I have been using Gallo for 7 years now. I have never had an issue with the service or the management. I have had a complete engine rebuilt by them, as well as four motor mounts, power steering pump, headlight replacement, interior door handle, several oil changes and three main engine sensors. I have always been treated fairly and my repairs have been done correctly the first time around. I will continue to use them for as long as I am around.

yes every one was right about this palce they are bad busines people and rude when you start asking why you have to pay so much money and where is it going to , do not pay 150 to get your car looked to just be told they want 450 more to open your transmission then it gets to 1000's they are a scam just trying to rack up money on your bill cuzz thats all they care about not you just how money they can get from you, go to mr clutch they towed my car for free and gave me way better deal and they are nice, its funny cuzz they said im not the frist person to campaln about aastro please dont fall victim to these crooks.
