AUto repair
I have been using Gallo for 7 years now. I have never had an issue with the service or the management. I have had a complete engine rebuilt by them, as well as four motor mounts, power steering pump, headlight replacement, interior door handle, several oil changes and three main engine sensors. I have always been treated fairly and my repairs have been done correctly the first time around. I will continue to use them for as long as I am around.

Routine transmission service
Vehicle returned four times following routine transmission service due to constant leaks, none of which existed prior to. Two weeks after the fourth return, had the vehicle at a different shop for other work and discovered the transmission was low two quarts of fluid, also noticeable by hesitation in the transmission to engage when placed in gear. Contacted owner of Gallo and all they offered was reimbursement for the two quarts of fluid. Completely...completely unacceptable!! Considering all my lost time, travel and gas back and forth and frustration, I felt full refund of the initial charge as the only acceptable compensation. Gallo has been suffering from high turn-over and obviously utterly poor management. Would not recommend this place under any condition.
