These guys are AWESOME! I called and spoke to Ryan who was really nice an knowledgeable. He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I would recommend them to everyone

David and Desert Tech are outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. More importantly, they did an outstanding job taking care of all the issues that BMW Tucson stated my car had (after verifying) and $1000 cheaper. My car runs fabulous. I waited 4 weeks to write this review to make sure no issues arose, and I am very pleased. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Being from out-of-state I was concern on getting an honest evaluation on my front end problem. The noise when turning the steering wheel sounded serious. I figured it had to be a suspension problem. The mechanic at Alignment, Brake, and Suspension’s Specialists determine that the suspension was sound and that the car was safe to drive. If the noise persisted bring back the car for further evaluation. I could have been falsely charged for a fix but they charged nothing for their time looking for the problem. I highly recommend them for there honest treatment of customers.

Eric and John have always been knowledgeable, professional and honest. They do great work and I trust them and they have not failed me. Being a mechanic is a tricky business, but these guys are tops. I have recommended them to friends and family, six or more referrals. Everyone always has good things to say. Eliminate the headache and hire these guys

Frost RV has repeatedly outdone themselves in our book. We particularly are very thankful to Devin in the service department. He listens and understands what we are trying to tell him and grasps the concept quickly. We have had RV's of one type or another for many years and are very experienced so when we know something is wrong we know it, Devin is an exceptional technician and we are grateful to him each and every time we need to bring the RV in for service. We are also very grateful to Daniel who always is pleasant and greets us with genuine kindness and knowledge.

Driving to work on a Friday I noticed a metal squeak sound coming from my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I had other commitments on Saturday, so Sunday morning around 10 am I took my Jeep to Pep Boys on Ina and described the problem. They were very friendly and courteous and took me without an appointment. I expected to have to leave the Jeep for a few days, but around 3pm I got a call telling me they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the price and my Jeep was ready to pick up by 5pm. Did I mention this all happened on a SUNDAY and without an appointment? Later that week I checked the price with another repair shop and what Pep Boys charged was comperable. Great service, great price, HIGHLY recommended.

This is my second time bringing my 2010 Toyota Camry for a trans fluid exchange . I like doing that a little more often than the book says as i feel it can't harm to be extra cautious as a transmission replacement is far more expensive . I feel so far a good job was done but the only thing I find is the impersonal feelings I get as I wanted to ask the Tech who did the job about the actual condition of the all synthetic fluid and when he test rode the car what was his thought on the shifting and general condition of the trans having 90 thousand miles on it now . I have a 25 plus year old car that I keep in good condition and I am guessing that its old school thinking with my Toyota that you bring in the car after a few days to have the fluid re-checked to make sure the level is where it needs to be . More Tech conversation would be nicer for the customer but i am guessing that if every customer wanted to ask the tech questions about there car then the Tech would get way behind in his work . I just wanted to mention that but feel they do good work for less than the price of a dealership .

I recommend ECONO LUBE N’ TUNE on N. Oracle without hesitation. I have had both my vehicles serviced at Econo Lube for over two years now after being dissatisfied with several other service centers that either never fixed the problem or continuously tried to sell me additional services. My background includes over twenty-five years in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance functions. I am not ignorant when it comes to auto repair and how many centers will try and take advantage of the lay person. Econo Lube has two master mechanics on staff and have full auto repair capabilities. All repair services include a six month or 6000 mile warranty and they have always honored this warranty when I have had issues. The most important reason for me to recommend Econo Lube is the honesty of the owner, Shannon Briscoe.

My wife and I are were very disappointed with Quebedeaux Pontiac GMC. The sales people did not seem to be educated on their vehicles. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was laughed at and told he does not work weekends. Also, that he doesn't get involved with customer complaints anyway! There certainly was an overall lack of professionalism in this dealership. After leaving and going to Royal, we were treated with respect by educated and friendly staff. We are thankful that we did not purchase a vehicle from Quebedeaux.

DO NOT patronize this business!!!!! I have always used them for batteries for my cars in Tucson, but yesterday they refused to honor the warranty on my three year battery when it failed after two years because it was my "show car" and only driven about once a week (or every two weeks). They claimed there was "always some power draining the battery"....but my car has a KILL SWITCH which I always use for that very reason. I immediately called their corporate office and explained the situation and they said I was correct and they should have honored the three year warranty....what a rip off and I suspect it was because I was a woman and they thought I didn't know better! After getting validation by corporate I took it to Pep Boys on 22nd St. and they immediately agreed that it should have been replaced under the warranty and they cheerfully did so at the prorated price. Rest asssured that car show community in Tucson will know all about this scam.
